Unlock the Community Centre

To unlock the Community Centre, you must enter Pelican Town from the Bus Stop on a non-rainy day, from Spring 5 onwards, between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. Entering at any other time or from another direction will not trigger the cutscene.

During the cutscene, Mayor Lewis will unlock the Community Centre and lead you inside, where you will see strange creatures called Junimos. These forest spirits will offer you a reward when you complete Bundles. Lewis will express his disgust at the state of the building and ask you to investigate what he believes is a "rat problem".

To fulfil the "Rat Problem" quest, you must enter the Community Centre and interact with a Golden Scroll located in the lower left room. The scroll contains strange writing that can be deciphered by visiting the Wizard. Reading this letter unlocks the "Meet the Wizard" quest. Visiting the Wizard will trigger a cutscene in which you receive a potion that grants you Forest Magic power, allowing you to read the language of the Junimos.

After this, all Golden Scrolls at the Community Centre can be read. Each scroll asks for specific offerings in the form of Bundles. Completing all the Bundles restores the Community Centre.

To complete the Bundles, you must deposit items to obtain rewards and fix things around the town. Each bundle has a different theme and is divided by room. The items listed next to the bundle's name are the completion rewards that you will receive after donating every item.

Buy the Joja Community Development Form

In Stardew Valley, the Joja Community Development Form is the alternative to the Community Center path. It is unlocked the day after buying the Joja Membership from Morris in Joja Mart. The fixes around the town that are normally rewarded from completing community center bundles are instead available to be purchased on the community form.

The Joja Community Development Form can be accessed by talking to Morris inside JojaMart after paying 5,000g for a JojaMart membership and turning the Community Center into a Joja Warehouse.
